- Locate your Service Center Multipurpose USB Device (MUD) and insert it into an available USB port
- Download the Service Center Upgrade Eligibility Tool
- Extract the zip file and execute scupgradeutil.exe.
- The Service Center Upgrade Eligibility Tool will analyze your Multipurpose USB Device for upgrade status and redirect you to a webpage with further instruction.
